87 m6 runs great right after the battery id disco'd. The computer resets then a week later it runs like doo doo.

Anyone know why? Its been happening a year or more and I'm really tired of it.

What should i look into?

TIA

That I an aware of, the DME on the M6 does not have any volitle memory adaption functions. Even the later model DME units that do have the learning adaption, this only affects idle and low RPM part throttle.
Therefore, I surmise you have another gremlin in your engine electronics from what you describe.
