: hi
: there is a 1985 635csi 5 spd. for $3500 (US), i dont know what the milage is yet, but apparently its a lady owner with all svc records.

: what should i look for? is the price worth it? i will be looking at it tuesday.

: thanx everyone.

Take it for a long test drive on the freeway and in town and make sure it doesn't overheat or run hot. If coolant isn't kept fresh in these engines, the passages in the aluminum heads corrode shut. Only fix involves head removal and possibly a replacement head casting. Very expensive!
