Hi Marty! I've got an '85 automatic too and noticed that you have a Dinan-modified valve body in your tranny. Can you tell me a little about it. . .how hard it was to install, how much it improved performance, etc.? As I see it, the stock tranny has two problems: it shifts too smoothly and upshifts too early. You need to hold it in each gear manually in order to get any real performance out of the car. Have you addressed the latter problem at all? By the way, I'm running a Dinan chip and a 3.91 diff too; it seems like we're on the same track! I wish you luck in selling your car.
