Stumped ... Need your Help on My 86 635csi (archive)

I have an '86 635csi with the following problem:

When the a/c is engaged the aux fan will not turn on.

We've checked the following:

1. Aux fan relays (both high and low) – all good
2. Fuses (both high and low) – all good
3. Thermo-switches (both high and low) – all good
4. High pressure switch on drier – good
5. Ballast resistor – good


Any help would be appreciated.
