I put some wide tires on this car and the rear looks rediculous, it is eating the inside of the tires alive. I found out from the previous owner that he shortened the springs. I experimented and added those pep boys height adjusters and that helped alot, but what is the permanent fix, can I just put all new 635 struts/springs and call it a day. anybody got a reasonable source? what is the difference between the 633 and the 635 suspension anyway? anybody know?

The 82 633csi used the suspension from the "old" 5 series (e12) and the suspension camber suffers more from lowering than later 6ers. Get some stock springs and Bilsteins and be happy!
