Running hot in Texas, where 100 degree days are common. 84 633 csi. Temp guage is 1/8 from being in red. Any ideas on what the prob is? Have checked and replaced cooolant, fans operating properly, radiator clean, hoses good.... what else to look into??

The first thing i would check is the fan clutch...check to make sure there is alot of drag when the engine is HOT.. if it spins freely with a hot engine the clutch is toast.

Don't replace the radiator! Take it to a radiator shop and have it Roded(sp) out for about $40. If the radiator shop says it's bad then replace it.
