Be sure and check your thermostat, If it is stuck open, it will not allow the coolant to stay in the radiator long enough to cool before it goes back to the engine. Also, if a radiator shop says it is bad, consider(as in you should) upgrading to a three row core. Good luck, I'm in Oklahoma with no airconditioning, so i feel your pain.

I'm with you Justin, I brought that radiator to the shop and got a 3-row core too. My fan is still hosed and i can drive in 100 degree weather traffic and all, never goes over 1/2 now. changed the thermostat to an 80 degree, nothing else. i'll fix the fan later..
