When it stops moving, do you hear some kind of whining noise like it is moving but not catching? This happened with mine and the mechanic told me it was the clutch letting the cables go so it didn't shred them. He said either there is not enough lubrication so the clutch engages or the clutch is stuck. It is currently in the shop getting it looked at. Hope this helps.

well i press the button down and it moves up and about 1 inch back.. dont know what it is. thanks in advance, dan
