These are all mods that can be done externally, and should up your HP to more than Euro.

Chip: Jim Conforti
Cam: Schrick
Muffler: Many to choose from; Supersprint, B&B, etc.
Cat: have a straight pipe made with flanges to R&R.
Ignition: I like the Jacobs Pro-Street unit.
Spark Wires: Magnecor 8.5 mm.
