Has anyone ever put a new rubber drain pipe down the rear window post? I have been getting soaked every heavy down pour we have. I have found the BCG site reference that discusses how to access the roof drain port and done it - my problem is is that the hole is so plugged that by trying to push through the wire I (or someone trying this before me) put a hole in the hose. So before I do any damage to anything I would like any advice as to the best method to change/access that drain plpe.

Also does a speedometer that occasionally dies mean it needs new batteries? or is it malfunctioning?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated and also keep me dry
Thanks

Nick

Can't help with drainage problem, never heard of this before. Now the speedo, nine out of ten times the area to check is the speedo sending unit at the back of diff. Check for power at socket cable, then again at the unit itself. Replacement is simple and cheap dealer item only and around $ 25.00 U.S. I just replaced mine and it was $ 39.00 Canadian
