off. try to save it or just buy new ones to replace. It presses into place so when trying to remove it use a long handle flat screw driver, to pry up at edge(front)and slowly run it up. As careful as I have tried to be, they still bend extremly easily. After that, thereare tiny philip head screws, then just pull.
