Mb Quart makes a fine speaker, but having installed car audio systems for over a decade, I have yet to come across a set of speakers that rival Boston Pro Series. The Boston Acoustics have a much nicer hich end, especially if used in the doors or kick panels. As for the rear, I use NOTHING, but only because I have an extensive setup in the front, and need no rear fill. If I were to use a set, they would be 4" mids only, no treble, as it detracts from the natural stereo image. Think about it, at a concert, the band sits in front of you, not to the rear. The rear mids are best used for "fill," or to mimic matural reflections, and sound best when tuned several dB below the front speakers. In my opinion, Eclipse, Alpine, and Clarion make far superior car CD players to anyone else. I keep using the same Alpine (7915) I bought in '90 in streo shows. I have won awards such as Best of Show '95 in the Southeastern finals, and may more. All my systems were in L6 cars, and all had 6" bostons with 1"tweeters in custom kick pods. For low end, I always used JBL or JL Audio in my L6, since I no longer show the cars, I use a Bazooka tube in my M635csi, tucked behind the driver seat.

Good luck, let me know how it sounds...
