I didn't see a solution for the gas tank leaking at the filler neck. Is there a solution other than replacement? Thx.

Check the three rubber breather hoses that run from the filler neck up to the plastic canister at the top of the trunk. The hoses are probably cracked and leaking. Replace with about 10 or 11 feet of 3/16" fuel hose.
