A month ago, my car wouldn't start and the problem was the fuel pressure regulator. The part that was used was a used part and it may be going bad again.

I was driving today and it was raining like hell. Just when I was about to exit, the car was dying, I pulled over and stopped. It felt like something got wet. I started it again and after reving it hard, it ran normal. I parked and tried to start after an hour - the car would start but dies right after. I checked all relays and fuses, all is OK.

I have a new stock regulator, how do I change it? Do I just change it, any adjustments needed? Any inputs is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
