This could be one of many things, but the most logical method of diagnostic is to wash the engine bay and the engine and then do all the steps that creates the leek, so then using a mirror look at the washer fluid reservoir (or bottle as you call it) and all the hose connections to the reservoir and the hoses them self. As changing the reservoir goes, it is not that hard but hard to drane the reservoir.
