Hello everyone. My 88 6er will not hold washer fluid. I fill the washer fluid up. After the car heats up- goodbye fluid. It all leaks out under the engine. Should I assume the bottle is cracked and needs replaced? Or is it a seal or something. Also has anyone ever replaced their washer fluid bottle? How difficult is it? Anyway as always thanks for all advice.

Check to be sure that the motor is seated in the rubber bushing at the front of the tank. It,s a friction fit taht holds it in place. Mine worked loose once after a mechanic was playing around the coil and he pulled it part way out.
It will still operate but it will leak out around the seal.
