Most likely that is your problem. Check you brake pads for wear. If any have less than 1/8 " (minimum) replace the brake pads on that axle. Be sure to clean and lube with brake grase all points of metal to metal contact. Consider having the rotors turned, some people consider this mandatory. You will need to buy a new sensor, once they contact the disc they need replacement.
