OK, so I'll refrain, with great difficulty from expiring with jealousy over your new 6..... Anyway, if you're south of Seattle, you might try Auburn Foreign Car, they have done some work on my E28. I also have visited with Strictly BMW in Bellvue, and they seemed to have a very well run operation, and I know they get recommended a lot.
