The bad news is that my grandmother died 6 months ago. The good news is that she knew I loved my 89 635 and has given me 1K to play with. I have upgraded to 16 inch mm11 wheels, dinan chip, K&N air box, BMP strut tower brace, and I have rebuilt the front suspension (but I still have a little steering wobble?)all this prior. Should I do brakes next? What are your thoughts? I do not want to waste this opportunity on something that will not make a difference.

The wobble is probably thrust arm bushings or tie rods, assuming the tires are balanced and the rims are not bent.
