My 88 M6 is a great car, but I'd like a little more direct feel in the handling. For example, on lane changes and turning in to corners, the car seems to take a set before it responds, and the loaded front corner dives a bit. It has new heavy duty Bilsteins. Should I change springs, bars, and/or shocks? Any comments on the commonly available packages from Dinan, Korman, etc? Most spring upgrades lower the car 1.25". Is this too low? Ride too hard for comfortable street use (this is not a track car)?

I have a 1985 M635csi and I chose the Dinan Stage 1 kit. The ride is still BMW like without the harsh ride. It lowered the car 1/2" TO 3/4" very pleased. I looked at all the kits and decided on this one as the best.
