I am wondering if it is a printout of the service manual microfiche or if it was originally put out as a printed manual with section dividers.
The print quality from fiche (at least on the ancient reader I have available) leaves much to be desired. Also, the fiche comes up as a negative image (white lines on dark background). This makes printing somewhat tedious and not that clear, unless the reader/printer has a reverse image feature (mine does not).
I purchased the microfiche manual a while ago but have not used it much because it is a hassle to use the fiche reader at work to read up on a job you want to do. I checked out shops specializing in printing microfiche, but it was going to cost big $$. Luckily, I haven't had to tackle a job where I needed it yet.
Also, for others interested in the fiche, they come in a european size format that will not fit in a NA size fiche reader without cutting into smaller pieces. I haven't done this yet to mine.
Any info on the offered manual would be appreciated. If print quality is good, it might be worth the $US 230 to some folks.
Cheers!

I haven't ordered this (pricey!) but it appears this guy has what we all want in life.
