Argh! Using the Bentley 5 series manual, the FAQ, and the Shop Manual, the coolant drain bolt on the block still isn't totally apparent to me. Probably because each source lists a different location-none of them clear. There is a 19mm bolt on the passenger side of the block, beneath #6 cylinder which I removed. But, when nothing came out I stuck my finger in the threads and there was something solid there (maybe snapped bolt?). Can someone give me a clue, because apparently I'm too slow to flush my own coolant...Chris

On the lower corner of the radiator passenger side. Blue plastic threaded plug.
