Hi Guys,
First of all this is the best brotherhood I have ever been apart of.
Now my Bodyman suggest I just transplant my wrecked M635 into my 1980 euro 635.....engine, drivetrain... now my question is will that m635 engine bolt up to the dogleg tranny i have in my 80 635 now? what else would I have to change out?

He said there are signs of frame damage on my M635 which would make body work and repair more costly! any suggestions or imput...please guys let me have it 'straight from the hip"

Pat

IS there really bad frame damage? I mean my car when the front end was hit got pinched, and pushed in, when I bought the front end of another 635csi, the frame guys straighten what they could and used the straight parts from the other 635,
I have no problems with this car it runs straight and doesn't pull any direction, even tire wear all around.

what I did when I replaced the grills etc, I used euro signal lamps which really look alot better, but I have yet to source out a bumper etc, mines slightly bent. But I like that look og the 88 m6's, I think it looks stronger than the euros

good luck
