i liked it a lot. poor plot development, very little in the way of character development, and the ending is a disappointment. but lots of really cool pictures you don't get from anywhere else. and considering BMW Car and Bimmer never have squat on the 6, the book is a godsend. could have used more re current ownership, but i guess that's what this board is for. (by the way, a couple of people have parroted the blurb from Bimmer that sez there's contradictory facts, figures etc. in the book. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ. they should get a life.

Hi Daniel,
I just purchased a copy from BMP (along with my recently purchased 1987 M6). It's an interesting book, concentrating on the history of BMW and the six series in particular. Not much technical stuff in the book.
