My 82 633CSi is currently for sale, I'm looking for a loving buyer (which is why you're all the first to know). The car has approx 154K miles, Automatic, and in great shape for it's age. Engine is very strong (hail to the M30!) Car has a new transmission as of 40000 miles ago, fluid/filter changed every 10000 miles (3HP22 is a very reliable trans if fluid is changed, they'll go nearly forever). Oil changes every 3k religiously, using Castrol full synthetics. New fan clutch, front wheel bearings, brakes recent, flex disc, and I've included a manual aux fan switch for the warmer summer months. Paint is very good, (PO repainted it about 4-5 years ago), body is also very good but does have slight onset of corrosion around rear fender lips. The car drives very well, tight, responsive, and feels solid. Dependable - I've never been unable to get going anytime I wanted to. Car has 15 inch 3-spoke wheels which I think complement the lines and profile of the E24, though the tires currently on the car are good for about 5-7k miles before replacement. The car is located in Utah, convenient location for delivery anywhere between Midwest/Denver and LA, SFO, Portland/Seattle). I will deliver the car for delivery or show with a deposit to compensate for the time and mileage put on the car. I'm not a dealer or anything like that, just representing it as accurately as possible, and motivated to sell. Not your average owner selling his car - I've been into BMWs for a while and have had more than just this one, also a CCA member. Reason for selling: just bought another 6 series, an 84 633CSi, so I won't be leaving the BMW world anytime soon. I have some pics and a scanner, will make some and send 'em to anyone interested.
