yes it is however finding the front euro bumper and most importantly the two brackets that come with them.. you must take off your u.s. bumper shocks and weld the brackets to your frame as to line up with the front bumper. those brackets are the hardest things to find i lucked out in getting an ok bumper with a bunch of rust .. but more a good set of original brackets with it.. if you go new you are talking $1000 in parts and bumper front and another $1000 for the rear conversion.
