It's a great American based magazine.

The Dec. issue gives all the particulars; wiring, modifications, part #'s, etc. They are factory Ford units from a Lincoln MK VIII.

Part #'s are:
Lh Ballast Ford# F7LZ13C170BBA
Rh Ballast Ford# F7LZ13C170BAA
Bulb w/ignitor Ford# F8LZ13466AA (2 Required)
O-Rings size 316 (2 Required)

The conversion looks like a pretty straight forward install with only minor modifications.
But like any technical undertaking it's best to have pictures and instructions.
