HELP!-weatherstrip/window seal (archive)

Help please. i'm trying to get a new window seal on my car and just can get it. my fingers are numb. i'm replacing the entire loop that seals with the window and door when closed (not the strip on the door itself). Anybody have any tips.
All help is appreciated.
