Just wondering if anyone knows of a larger-bore throttle body that will bolt on to my 1983 633?

Is the 635 TB larger? Maybe something from a different model will bolt on?

If you want a bigger TB, contact Ed Mazula, , machinist who specializes in precision boring of TB's for only $150. One day turn around from Redondo Beach, CA. Mod gives great response.

Monti,
Did you have to recalibrate the TB or perform any other adjustments after reinstall? I have wanted to do this to my 633. Have lots of porting done, reworked cam, etc. Please respond with whatever it to to do the reinstall, adjustment wise. Thanx!
