I'm considering a different body kit than the one I bought..
I was looking at the erebuni website and saw style #92 (yes the outrageous one). After looking at it for a while, I have decided that I like it.. a lot. I think it gives this car a more exotic and "sporty" look, without going too far (I won't be getting that huge spoiler as seen in the pic of the silver one, more likely the one in the pic of the black car.. see www.spoilers.com/ge/bmw6e24.htm)..
Keep in mind I'm 17, I'm sure my styling opinions vary greatly from those who "out-age" me.. but even my dad seems to think it looks real sharp..
The point of this post is to let you all know I'm going to have LOTS of body pieces to sell.. here's the list:
All parts from a stock US 88 M6
F/R Bumpers with bellows (black, oxidation on chrome but in overall great condition)
Front spoiler (black, in OK condition, usual wear and tear, but still straight)
Rear apron (black, great condition)
Side mouldings (rubber worn, chrome oxidized)
L/R Taillight assemblies (OK condition.. left lens cracked, assemblies both slightly warped but still very useable to replace worn units)
AND.. if I get that body kit from Erebuni:
Front L/R Fenders (black, excellent condition)
Rear L/R Quarter Panels (black, excellent condition)
Finally...
If I get this Erebuni kit.. I'll have the bodykit I won on eBay for sale.. I bought it for $1500 +s/h.. It is a great looking kit, but not what I wanted (obviously quite different from the Erebuni kit). I'll sell it for a little cheaper, but not much.. I'll entertain any offers I hear but if possible I'd like to make exactly what I bought it for.. here's what it includes:
Front spoiler/bumper (replaces stock bumper)
Rear apron/bumper (replaces stock bumper in rear)
Rear spoiler (similar to "M3 Style" spoiler on Erebuni site)
Side skirts
It is similar to the Erebuni kit, but not the same.. The front spoiler is different as is the rear apron..
Sorry for the long post, but that's a lot of parts!
ALSO: Still have the stock M6 radio and TRX's for sale, I'll entertain any offers..
Any parts that don't sell go on eBay.. probably will be cheaper here.. also I wanted to give all of you first dibs.
