I have your daily driver... how about an '84 633Csi?? OK, ok not quite the "fun quotient" of the M, but very reliable. Starts everyday, goes and goes and goes. Plus its fun to drive and looks good. cost to maintain--about $1k per year which is $85 per month. Hard to beat. (compare to maintence on the M car) AND its for sale. $4995 and drive it home.


I am considering purchase of a low milage M6 (or maybe M5). I am wondering if this car will make a good daily driver. What can I expect as far as maintenance costs?
