Time to replace worn plug wires for my 86 M635.
Here are the options

Orig. BMW $400 (Yikes!)
O.E. Bosch from Autozone $250 (Better)
Bavarian Auto High flow 8mm $225 (Hmmm)
AllBMWParts.com High flow 7mm $229 (?)

Anyone whom has used any of these or that can recommend another brand that has worked well please respond.

get a set of more generic wires for a suitable American car in 7 or 8mm and fit them. I have bought such sets for under $30 and other than the fact that the wire insulation is often blue or gray, they work perfectly.

I think that the engine is color blind.
