What differential is compatible with m635.I want to upgrade to 4.10 gears.I have heard that e30 M3 will fit.If anyone has any info please let me know.

The e30 or e28 or even e23 diff's are compatible with your e24,by changing the side and backing plates in some cases, not a very difficult job.

I have a 4.10 diff. if you want it,but after decades of driving and setting up BMWs,I would suggest using the 3.73 ratio instead. The 4.10 shortens your gears a bit much, and makes the car very busy on the highway.Your choice.
Cost is $300/395, depending on what's here and which you want.
I have either,so make your choice and let me know
