Daniel:
I looked into their system and was told that they utilize a muffler for a 528td. I asked them about what brand of cat they're using but couldn't get a straight answer. I've heard mixed reviews on their system; if you obtain more information please let us know.

It's a Bosal 524TD rear muffler. I have the 300 on my 535i. I planned on building their system prior to purchase and bought a similar catalyst through JC Whitney, dual in single out. MM pipes in the system are HEAVY guage steel. Works fine easy to install and remove. More sound than I like a full throttle.

This is what I also read here few months ago(524TD). I am planning to buy a dual 2 inches, single 2.5 out cat from DiscountConverter(High flow model 2613 if I remember, with O2 sensor fitting) and the 524TD muffler and built the rest of the system in stainless at a muffler shop.
From my understanding, a turbo-diesel muffler has to flow much more gas than a regular one due to the turbo pushing all that air.
Anyway, thanks all for the comments.

Daniel
