Rear Fog Lights anyone?? (archive)

I was at Harriman and someone told me that my car was setup for read fog lights but there weren't installed. We came to thsi conclusion because my fog light switch has two settings just like the parking/headlight switch. Can anyone confirm this and what do I have to do to get it working. I removed the rear light cover and there is not light recepical in the rear for itbut ther is a space for it.

Any help is appreciated
