Can you put the 840i brakes on a 635? You must have to replace more then just the caliper and rotor since the brakes are so much bigger, what else is needed?


You might consider going to M6 brakes. The rotors are larger than your 633, as are the calipers.

For the ultimate upgrade consider going to the Brembos on the 840i. I did that upgrade to my M6 and it is unbelievable. BTW, they just bolt right on the E24 - no changes necessary.
