I have a similar problem on my 84 633. It showed up after a dead battery. I have no info on setting the OBC, and could use some programing instructions. Thanks for any help.

What year car is it? The default display for the older style OBC (red LEDs) is 4 red dots. You should be able to set the clock from this point to get things going.
