Any opinions on TSW Wheels?? (archive)

Any body try TSW Hockenheims? I am considering these in a 17x8. Do they come with the right offset? I keep reading that wheight is an essential consideration when upgrading the wheels. Would these fit in the under 20 lbs. category?
Any opinions would be helpfull.
