Need help with '79 323i fuel problem... (archive)

I'm trying to get the motor running on a '79 323i that's been sitting for some time. When the fuel pump is on, the injectors spray fuel like there's no tomorrow! They spray in a nice mist, but they seem to spray WAY too much fuel. I haven't checked any fuel pressure but the piston in the fuel distributor moves freely. Any suggestions?
