I personally would replace it because it is very hard to get off in the first place so if it is already peeling then you have a leg up. Anyway, I use 3M Super Trim and Tack Adhesive. Great stuff. Some people say use rubber glue, but it doesn't work. This stuff has never failed me.Rob A

The foam rubber seal that keeps the trunk lid water tight is starting to separate from the body and leaks when i open the trink when the car is wet. it seems in basically good shape . can i just glue it down or should i replace it. if i glue it down what should i use. thanks in advance for any help.
