It's the BMW Car Club of America monthly magazine. I really recommend joining the club, it'll get you discounts on retail parts also. You can join online. We have track events, concours, an annual nationwide gathering, dinners, autocrosses, community service, raffles etc. It's a great group!

Before anybody suggests to get rid of my SLS rear suspention on my "89 635, I have 115,000 miles on my car and my self leveling suspention works great--I've heard the horror stories and know the expenses. I don't want to make my car a hot rod or lower it. I want to keep the integrety of the car. I would have bought a big block Chevy if that's what I wanted, it would have been cheaper!! I just think that the shocks on the SLS are worn out. also the shock tower mounts squeak when the rear end is pushed up and down--at least I think that's where the noise is comming from. Where can I find STOCK components for this.
Thanks in advance, David

Try Schulba BMW 650 592 8352. I believe Gerry sells SLS parts. I don't know how their price compares though, have you checked the Roundel yet?
