Om My 87 635 CSI the Brake and Steering warning lights turns on after 5 to 15 min of driving, the steering and brakes works perfect and there is no use of brake oil or steering oil.
Anyone having an idear what could be wrong.

You mean that the "BRAKE" Light on the cluster comes on? Typically this is the light that flickers when the brake bomb has lost it's ability to hold pressure. If it comes on and stays on after a while , it is probably one of the two sensors in the pressure regulator on the left firewall or possibly a short in this circuit.

Just a guess, but if the brakes aren't feeling initially hard when you hit them, the system is probably working but sending a false pressure alarm.
