Normally, I wouldn't waste my time replying to such trash, but you, Don, are way out of line. Just because you saw a picture in a magazine ONCE you call yourself an expert? What do "//M badges" have to do with Alpina cars? I am, by now means an "expert", but from the knowledge I have of Alpina cars, I saw nothing in the pictures that would cause me to call someone names, or label the car a fake. You sir, owe Bob an apology, at the least.

Chris

Look, if you want to badge up a plain Jane Euro 6, that is your business, but I happen to know that that car could not possibly be an Alpina because the rear shot shows a BMW roundel on the trunk!

I think its shameful that people would be so pathetic to put //M badges and pull off an Alpina hoax on the public, but especially when you try to fool knowledgeable BMW experts like we are here.I saw a REALone in a magazine once, and it only had Alpina badges everywhere.

SHAME ON YOU. FAKE FAKE FAKE!!!

Don

I received a few emails from folks asking to see pictures of the e24 B9 Alpina I mentioned recently.

The link below will take you to the site where some pictures are posted. Also, there is a picture of the e23 B9 Alpina I had as well.

Bob
