Just converted from auto to 5spd, I thought the rear end was a 3:46 limit slip, I need a limited slip rear end, what gear ratio shoould I use? Have Dinan stage one suspension, racing dynamics sway bars, Jim C chip. Thanks Phil

Well, you can use anything from the original 3.46 to 3.64 to 3.73LSD diffs. You don't want anything lower than the 3.73,as the gears will be too short, and the engine will have to work too hard on a daily basis, unless you're willing to give up some top end cruising for the 3.91 ratio, but that shouldn't be used unless you spend alot of time at the track.
With the added rpm limit of the Jim C. chip, you can use any of these.
I should have the 3.46LSD or the 3.73LSD in stock, also the 3.91LSD(M5/M6),but don't recommend that one for just street cars. Not sure on the 3.64,as there weren't many LSD's available in that ratio for a 6-bolt diff e24/e28 car.
