The set comes with H&R springs. I saved a few bucks buying the set over the seperate components. If you buy this stuff, you should also get the strut mounts, rear shock mounts, and urethane bushings for the control arms. This all made a nice improvement on my M6! (Replacing the bushings is about a half hour job while all of the other stuff is off! The shock mounts, etc. simply replace the WORN factory ones. Trust me, yours are WORN, even if you can not feel it. Mine looked as if they were found washed-up on a beach after being run over by an amphibious asault vehicle!

I went an extra step, and purchased the strut brace, too ($175 approx.), but you might want to simply buy the setup without the brace, as you can bolt that on afterwards, in only a few minutes. The brace DID make a difference.

I plan on getting the sway bar links/sway bar bushings next month when I have some cash! (I don't need new sway bars, as the M6 had really beefy ones. You might like to look in to getting a set eventually, if you're really into hard cornering!

One tip, if you add the strut tower brace, wait until the car has settled (I would wait 24 hours) to install it. This way, it is not bracing an uneven suspension.

My car corners like crazy now, and the steering under acceleration is nothing short of phenominal!
