It depends on which type of pump. From what I am thinking, when you pull it out of the gas tank, it is not a large cylinder but rather 2 brass lines that run down to the pump itself. If the second one is correct, then it is the same as the E12 528i and E28 535i. If it is the earlier one, large cylinder, it is the same as an E12 530i.
