What are these cars like to live with ? is the advertised 21 MPG a real world figure for highway driving and likewise 15 mpg around town. I am impressed with the handling & level of comfort and considering a 1982 model with 80000kms

21 is pretty much what I get overall, with a Dinan chip and much better than stock performance. Mine is an '85 I have had for 14 years (121000 miles), with Dinan stage 2 suspension (springs, Billstein shocks, swaybar and camber plates). The chip provides much enhanced torque and acceleration, but requires premium gas. Everything else is stock.
