not to be snotty or anything but if your worried about economy maybe a rice grinder is in your future, definately pay to have a bmw exclusive mechanic do an extremely thorough pre purchase inspection nothing comes cheap on a bimmer. but having said that nothing compares either! good luck and welcome to the frat.
