Change the oil in the compressor to R134 compatible, Change the drier, Lines are optional if in good shape I wouldn't change them. you should pull the condenser in front of the radiator and flush the old oil out of it. I have conferted several of my vehicles to 134 and all are cooling well. I don't think you will even notice a difference in cooling either.
