Coolant Overflow tank - Overflowing? HELP! (archive)

Hi,

After a recent trend of my 6 loosing coolant, I have replaced my Radiator, Hoses, Belts & Radiator cap. All
to no avail. After warm-up, when under a load (driving)
the expansion tank will "barf" a significant ammount of
coolant out the overflow hose.

My car is a daily driver - Any ideas? HELP!

The Fan Clutch is new/good and the aux fan works fine.
Could it be the thermostat?
